After placing the order, you will be prompted to provide your date of birth and legal name and verify your prescription with one of four options below:
1. Upload your prescription via a link on our website. (Keep in mind that you can always upload a prescription on the RX Information tab in your account on our website.)
2. If you don't have a copy of your prescription, you can provide the name and phone number of your doctor, and we'll be glad to contact them for verification. If we request verification from the doctor and we do not receive a response from the doctor within 8 business hours, the law considers your prescription verified and we may proceed to fill the order.
3. Receive a reminder email to which you can attach your prescription or upload it via the link in the email.
4. Take a vision test online via Visibly which allows you to renew your prescription as long as your vision has not changed (worsened or improved).
We are legally required to verify your prescription before we can sell you contact lenses, even if you are getting non-prescription colored lenses.
